Multimodal Transportation Route Optimization of Cold Chain Container in Time-Varying Network Considering Carbon Emissions

To solve the multimodal transport route optimization problem considering carbon emission, vehicle speed has time-varying characteristics, and customer a time window limit. The emission of system is affected by energy consumption vehicles in network. network uncertain, emissions may continue to rise after gradual decline. Based on this, this study established sum cost, transportation penalty cost for exceeding window, damage cold chain cargo as objective function. A model container was established. Static dynamic scenarios were designed hummingbird evolutionary genetic algorithm used model. effectiveness practical value are verified empirical analysis Yangtze River Delta economic group. Results show that can more truly reflect meet efficiency requirements transport. This aims under intermodal transportation, provides new insights related businesses theoretical basis reasonable decisions.
